We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused, factory-sealed products in their original tamper-evident packaging. If you change your mind before opening your hardware wallet, seed phrase backup, or security accessory, you may return it for a refund, excluding shipping costs.For security reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, initialized, engraved, stamped, or tampered-with products. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help arrange a replacement or warranty claim where applicable.

What if I have problems after purchase?
