Important Security Note:
For your protection, we CANNOT accept returns of wallets that have been opened, initialized, or had seeds generated. Once a wallet has been set up, it cannot be resold for security reasons.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
You can track your order anytime using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking information within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team. International orders may experience customs delays.
Do you ship to my country?
If tracking shows that your package may be lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
How is the package shipped for privacy?
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or indications that the package contains a cryptocurrency hardware wallet. The return address shows only our warehouse location, no company branding.
