We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened, unused, factory-sealed products in their original tamper-evident packaging. If you change your mind before opening your hardware wallet, seed phrase backup, or security accessory, you may return it for a refund, excluding shipping costs.For security reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, initialized, engraved, stamped, or tampered-with products. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will help arrange a replacement or warranty claim where applicable.

What if I have problems after purchase?

CryptoSafeKit provides customer service for orders, shipping, returns, warranty claims, and general product information.For hardware wallet initialization, firmware updates, wallet recovery, PIN or passphrase configuration, and cryptocurrency transactions, please use the wallet manufacturer's official application and documentation.CryptoSafeKit will never ask you for your recovery phrase, private key, PIN, passphrase, wallet password, or cryptocurrency transfer.We will never ask you to share your screen or provide remote access to your computer or mobile device.
