How do I verify that the device is genuine?
Initialize the device yourself and run Ledger Genuine Check through the official Ledger application before transferring any assets. Packaging appearance alone should not be treated as proof.
How does the free VAULTIGO gift work?
One promotional VAULTIGO recovery phrase plate is included with qualifying Ledger Nano X orders while stocks last. After placing the order, contact CryptoSafeKit on WhatsApp with the order number to choose from the plate options currently available. If no selection is received before fulfilment, an available promotional model may be included. No recovery phrase, PIN, private key or wallet information is required.
Where will my order ship from?
Where local inventory is available, orders may be routed to the warehouse serving the delivery market. The final delivery estimate, shipping cost and applicable taxes are shown during checkout.
Can I return an opened Ledger Nano X?
Opened, initialized or used hardware wallets are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Eligible unopened, unused and uninitialized devices may qualify under the published return policy. Incorrect, damaged or authenticity-failed items are handled separately.
Do I have to use Bluetooth?
No. Bluetooth can be disabled. You can use a compatible USB connection when you prefer a supported wired workflow.

In my opinion, this is the best device on the market—especially when it comes to security. It is easy to use and very durable. I am still actively using my very first Ledger; I’ve simply purchased several additional ones, as the storage eventually fills up. While there are various Ledger models available, for anyone who simply wants to hold their coins, the Ledger Nano X is more than sufficient—by a long shot—and it allows you to store a generous number of different coins. Bluetooth connectivity is also included on the device. I feel it leaves absolutely nothing to be desired.
