Is the Ledger Nano X new and unused?+
Ledger Nano X devices are supplied as new, unused products in original retail packaging. You should initialize the device yourself after delivery and create your own PIN and recovery phrase during setup.
How can I check the device before using it?+
Initialize the device yourself and complete Ledger Genuine Check before transferring assets. Never use a PIN or recovery phrase supplied by another person.
How does shipping work?+
Shipping options and estimated delivery times depend on your destination and current fulfilment availability. Final delivery information is shown during checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?+
Yes. Tracking information is provided after the order has been dispatched so you can follow the shipment through delivery.
What is the return policy?+
Eligible unopened, unused and uninitialized hardware wallets may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or initialized devices may not qualify for change-of-mind returns for security reasons.
What warranty support is available?+
Warranty coverage may vary by product and region. If an eligible product develops a covered defect, contact CryptoSafeKit and our support team will assist with the applicable warranty or replacement process.
What after-sales support do you provide?+
Our customer support team can assist with order status, shipping enquiries, eligible returns, warranty enquiries and general product information after your order.
Will support ever ask for my recovery phrase or PIN?+
No. CryptoSafeKit will never ask for your recovery phrase, PIN, private key, passphrase or remote access to your device.
